Chef Michelle Mayott is a long time Alaskan and denizen of the Anchorage eye world. Like many chefs in the personal chef industry, Michelle is pursuing a second career based on her love of food and cooking. She discovered this interest many years ago at her Grandmother's wood burning stove in Wisconsin and it has taken her through many cookbooks and restaurants across the United States and abroad.
